Not necessarily. For a second opinion, or to plan ahead of a journey, it is usually sufficient, but some assessments can only be made in person. The Professor will tell you during the consultation if that is the case.

Typically the pathology report, imaging (ultrasound, MRI or CT) and a summary of your previous care. The coordination team sends you the exact list on WhatsApp.
